Firm HistoryLevine, Busch & Schnepper was formed in 1984 by its principal shareholders: David H. Levine, Edward P. Busch, R. Cory Schnepper and Barry A. Stein, who have remained the same throughout its existence. They have been located at the same address in Miami, Florida since the building received its certificate of occupancy. The office was substantially destroyed during Hurricane Andrew in August 1992, but the offices were rebuilt and the staff operated from temporary spaces throughout the same building. The firm has always provided legal services for employees in workers' compensation matters, individuals injured in accidents - such as those occurring in an automobile, or as a result of slipping and falling in some public place: medical and legal malpractice claims and some general commercial litigation including foreclosures, collections and insurance contract litigation. In the past several years, the firm also began handling Americans with Disabilities Act claims and other employment and discrimination related claims, both under State and Federal law. In addition to the principals there are three other associates: Clifford J. Moskowitz, Eric B. Sandler, and Sanford M. Reinstein, who handle cases in a variety of areas. There are two paralegals: Edward DeMicco, who has been with the firm since 1984, and Carmen Chirino who began at the firm in 1994. Our office administrator is Iris Dunbar, who has been with the firm since 1987. The network administrator is Rhonda N. Zoloth, who joined the firm in December of 1999. There are numerous other support staff including legal assistants, receptionists, bookkeeping staff and clerical support. They are all well trained, enthusiastic and very much enjoy assisting our clientele with their legal concerns. The information you obtain at this site is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice.
